SL Treasure Signal is an exploration and collectible hunting system designed for FiveM roleplay servers.
Instead of following artificial GPS routes, players use a physical signal detector and listen to its pulse while reading a circular radar. The signal becomes stronger as they get closer, encouraging actual exploration of the map.
Hidden treasures can use the included SL signal sphere or any compatible GTA/FiveM prop selected by the server. Regardless of the visual used in the world, successful discoveries reward physical Signal Orbs in the player's inventory.
Those orbs can be stored, transferred or given to other players, and later exchanged with the Collector for configurable rewards.
The system supports small searches, daily activities, large server-wide treasure events and rare legendary signals.

Visual Treasure Modes
Sphere Mode — Default
Uses the included stylized Signal Sphere with configurable:
- Size
- Color
- Visual effects
Custom Prop Mode
Server owners can replace the world collectible with a GTA/FiveM prop and configure:
- Prop model
- Scale
- Height offset
- Rotation
The world appearance does not change the reward system. Both modes reward physical Signal Orbs.
Collector & Economy
Signal Orbs are real inventory items.
Players can:
Find Signals
→ Receive Signal Orbs
→ Keep / Trade / Gift Orbs
→ Visit the Collector
→ Exchange Orbs for configured rewards
Server owners control the Collector catalogue, orb prices, stock, availability and reward configuration.
Event System
Included profiles provide a ready-to-use foundation:
Normal Search
Small manual treasure hunt.
Daily Event
Multiple signals distributed around the map.
Weekend Event
Large-scale server exploration event.
Legendary Signal
Rare single signal with an increased orb reward.
All quantities, durations, schedules and rewards are configurable.
Performance
Measured during active treasure searching:
Resmon: ~0.04 ms
Performance can vary depending on server configuration, active signal count, player count and integrations.
The resource uses proximity streaming, configurable update intervals and local entity management rather than keeping every treasure object permanently active.
Requirements
Required: ox_lib and OneSync.
Item configurations are included for ox_inventory, QBCore, Qbox and ESX. ox_target is recommended, with fallback interaction available where applicable.
Administration
Owners and administrators can manage the system from the in-game configuration interface without manually editing every value.
Main configuration entry:
/treasure_settings
Advanced standalone commands are disabled by default and can be enabled individually when required.
Version
Current version: v0.2.5.13
This update also includes improved multi-signal detection, automatic terrain placement, physical inventory-based Signal Orbs, custom treasure props, Collector improvements and hardened ox_lib UI handling.
